Introduction Genital Tuberculosis remains asignificant cause of pelvic morbidity often presenting with non specific symptoms leading to delayed diagnosis Aims and objectives 1.To analyse clinical profile of patients presenting with genital tuberculosis 2.To evaluate the diagnostic modalities employed 3.To assess the treatment outcome and complications Methods and materials 32year old came with painabdomen and mass per abdomen since 3months On examinationper abdomen :mass of 16_18weeks gravid uterussize On ultrasound: right tubo ovarian mass ,left ovarian cyst ,moderateascites MRIPELVIS: B/LTUBOOVARIAN ABSCESS IN POD,ASCITESWITHFEATURES OF PERITONITIS SUGGESTED TUBECULAR WORKUP FOR GENITAL TB INVESTIGATION CA125_462,ESR_80,CA19_9<2 CBNAAT _MTB DETECTED,HPE_CASEATING GRANULOMATOUS LESION RESULTS Prevalence of genital TB Common presenting symptoms: pelvic pain, infertility,abnormal uterine bleeding Treatment response rate and complications Conclusion Genital TB continue to be a significant health problem often as other gynaecological condition early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are crucial to improve patient outcomes raising awareness among health care providers and incorporating genital TB into differential diagnosis of pid can lead to timely intervention and better patient management
