Introduction: Vesicouterine fistula is a rare condition account for 1_4%of genitourinary fistulas.its is abnormal connection between bladder and the uterus. Aims and objectives: To investigate the prevalence and characteristics of youseff syndrome. Materials/Methods: A 35 year old p1L1A2 with 2 previous LSCS came with c/o pain abdomen since 2 years and cyclical hematuria on and off associated with increased micturition since 10 years.Patient has h/o injury to bladder 10 years back during c-section .From then she noticed cyclical hematuria. Results: MRI PELVIS shows fistula connection between the urinary bladder and endocervical canal at utero-cervical junction for a length of 4-5mm.The fistula repair done by TAH,excision of fistulous tract, bladder repair done in 2 layers with boari flap followed by DJ stenting on left ureter. Conclusion: complete pre operative emptying and adequate intra operative reflectio nof bladder from uterus, minimize complication. Discussion: cyclic hematuria, amenorrhea , urinary incontinence is referred as youseff syndrome.
