MATERIALS AND METHOD: Study design among infertile women, presented in Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College and Research centre, Moradabad from Sept 2023 to Sept 2024, 90 women were clinically suspected of tuberculosis and underwent Diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, 76 women were suspected of having positive findings suggestive of tuberculosis and further on the basis of findings, and were put on Anti tubercular treatment. RESULT: The major findings on hysteroscopy were periosteal fibrosis (51/76, 67.1%) , pale endometrium (43/76, 56.5%) , intrauterine adhesions(21/76,27.6%), extravasation of dye, endometrial polyp (10/76,13.1%) , focal (6/76, 8.9%), and diffuse hyperaemia (4/76,5.2%) .The most common finding on laparoscopy was abdominopelvic adhesions (72/76,94.7%). The major laparoscopic findings were isthmo ampullary block (28/76, 36.8%), hydrosalpinx (23/76, 30.2%), tubo-ovarian mass (23/76, 30.2%), 5.2%(4/76) had a normal appearance on hysteroscopy and 1.2%(2/76) had a normal looking pelvis on laparoscopy. CONCLUSION: Diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy may be performed to examine the high risk infertile women . This helps to choose a treatment protocol and forecast its success.
