Abstract 1. Introduction Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is prevalent in infertile women, with increased rates influenced by modern lifestyle factors such as obesity and hormonal imbalances, impacting fertility outcomes. 2. Aims and Objectives This study aims to determine the prevalence of PCOS in women seeking infertility treatment and identify associated demographic and lifestyle factors that contribute to PCOS in this population. 3. Materials and Methods The study conducted at LTMGH?s Fertility Clinic, utilizing a systematic interview and examination approach. Data on patient's medical history, lifestyle traits, height, and weight are recorded. Key physical and laboratory findings are noted. A total of 400 patients will be screened, assessing age, BMI, physical characteristics, and awareness of PCOS. 4. Results This is an ongoing study the preliminary results on 200 patients suggest the following Among the 200 participants, 45% were diagnosed with PCOS. Factors associated with PCOS included higher BMI in 60% of cases, while 3% had lower BMI. Hypothyroidism was also prevalent, found in 15% of PCOS patients. Age distribution and awareness levels were documented. 5. Conclusion This is an ongoing study the conclusions will be drawn after completion of target sample size.
