Abstract :
This study investigates the relationship between endometrial thickness (ET) and implantation success rates in women experiencing recurrent implantation failure (RIF) across different age groups (30?35, 35?40, 40?45, and 45?50). By analyzing patient data from assisted reproductive technology (ART) cycles, the research aims to determine age-specific optimal ET thresholds for implantation success, contributing to personalized treatment approaches for RIF patients.
