Abstract :
Third gravida at 29 weeks and 4 days pog was referred to our hospital with shortness of breath and bilateral edema of both legs. Cardiac activity of fetus present and ultrasound showed large hypoechoic round mass arising from fetal side of anterior placenta protruding into amniotic cavity.relevant investigation suggested fetal hydrops. She delivered at 30weeks and 2 days back in view of non- reassuring ctg. Histopathological examination reported as giant chorioangioma. Both mother and baby discharged at stable condition.
