Introduction: Burkitt's Lymphoma is a rare, highly aggressive tumor with a rapid growth rate . It is extremely rare during pregnancy. Diagnosis van be very difficult and symptoms are mostly related to the mass effect of the tumor. As aggressive as it is, it needs an aggressive multidisciplinary approach towards the management. Aims and Objectives: The primary aim of this report is to highlight the importance of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team in the management of such an aggressive tumor in pregnancy . The plan of delivery in accordance with the chemotherapy given and the high risks to the developing fetus inside her womb would be highlighted in this study. ? Methodology: Here we describe a case report of a 29 year old Gravida 3 Para 2 living 2 who came to the casualty with an enlarging breast swelling and loss of power in lower limbs, with no ANC Registration. How we proceeded with her management of two rapidly growing entities in her body, a baby and now an aggression tumor, Involving the highest point of care and a multidisciplinary team dedicated to her. This report will also focus on the social aspects involved with the same. ? Results : Burkitt?s lymphoma is an extremely rare tumor and a highly malignant one. If untreated, it has a high mortality rate. A holistic approach is needed with a team comprising of an obstetrician, hematologist, oncologist, Physician, surgeon and a psychiatrist,? along with nursing care. ? Conclusion : Burkitt?s lymphoma in pregnancy is an extremely rare and extremely aggressive malignancy which needs an approach curated according to the Gestational age of the mother and other factors such as her morbidity status and level of metastasis.? It needs a team which is highly specialized in chemotherapy, ICU care , hematooncology and a good surgical set up with obstetrician to plan the mode of delivery. ?
